Initial Contact

Tell me about your situation, your goals, or what you'd like to improve or achieve.

From there, I’ll answer any questions you may have and, if we work together, explain the approach I believe is best suited to your individual needs.

Comprehensive Assessment

Prior to the assessment, the information you provide is carefully reviewed, including your lifestyle, daily habits, recent medical history, any relevant test results, and, where appropriate, a multi-day food diary.

During the assessment, a comprehensive evaluation may include:

• Personalised Nutritional Assessment

• Identification of potential imbalances and opportunities for improvement.

• Recommendations to optimise energy, recovery and overall health

• Assessment and recommendations for posture, mobility and movement patterns.

• Personalised strength and stability exercises tailored to the physical demands of playing the guitar.

• Strategies to improve the connection between body, mind and instrument.

In some cases, and where appropriate, more advanced testing or specific biomarkers may be considered to provide a more comprehensive understanding of your physiological health.

Personalised Action Plan

Based on the assessment, a personalised action plan is developed to meet your individual needs and goals.

The plan may include recommendations related to nutrition, strength, mobility, recovery, lifestyle habits and nervous system preparation, always tailored to your goals and the demands of playing the guitar.

Personalised Follow-Up

For guitarists who wish to continue with the process, follow-up sessions allow us to adjust the plan, address new needs and support your long-term progress.
